The main aim of the project was to develop common infrastructure, programmes and common products in Slovene and Hungarian languages on water resources protection in transboundary catchment between Slovenia, Hungary and Croatia. The tools were developed for information exchange and common learning. Direct effects (outputs) of the project among others were geodesic snapshots, building permits for transboundary river renaturation projects and their implementation project.
The study of the natural state of water courses and its potentials has enabled planning of measures in accordance with the EU environmental protection directions. Processing details of the draft design of renaturaion of Ledava, Črnec and Kobiljski potok to comply with the conditions for water management and river maintenance; coordination of the project documentation for details; revitalization project engineering consultants.
